Turnkey design, supply and installation of a GMP-compliant cleanroom facility for a leading life sciences research centre in Hyderabad, inaugurated March 2024. CAS delivered the complete controlled environment — cleanroom panel system, GMP-grade doors, ceiling HEPA terminal filter units, LED lighting, anti-static flooring, multi-gas service outlets with individual pressure regulators, oxygen monitoring, fume extraction and softwall enclosures for contained processing.
Process Plant Mechanical Installation — Pharmaceutical Facility, India
Full mechanical scope for a process plant expansion at a regulated pharmaceutical facility in India. CAS delivered structural steel platform erection across four levels, supply and installation of a large horizontal shell-and-tube heat exchanger, stainless steel process piping with insulation cladding, and a skid-mounted pump package — all coordinated and executed to the facility's commissioning schedule including night-shift working.
API 650 Storage Tank Erection — Oil Production Facility, Yemen
Full site erection of a large-diameter above-ground carbon steel storage tank at an active oil production facility in Yemen. CAS executed the complete erection programme using the hydraulic jacking method — managing shell course fit-up, circumferential and vertical weld sequences, jacking operations and site quality control from mobilisation through to mechanical completion. Part of a multi-tank storage expansion on an operating oil field.
Industrial Boiler — Refractory Lining & Mechanical Installation
Full refractory lining and mechanical installation of a large industrial fire-tube boiler. CAS scope covered procurement of the boiler shell, complete internal refractory lining using Calderys high-temperature brickwork — dual-layer system with calcium silicate insulation and fired hot-face bricks — precision burner throat construction, crane handling of the front dished endplate, and final burner assembly alignment and connection.
Process Vessel Erection — Industrial Facility, Tamil Nadu
Supply and field erection of a tall vertical stainless-clad absorption column at an industrial facility in Tamil Nadu. CAS managed lift planning, rigging engineering, crane coordination and final alignment onto the prepared foundation. The vessel was erected complete with process nozzles and structural attachments pre-fitted, and handed over ready for piping tie-in.
